Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.


All quotations provided by Southern Cross Blinds are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to confirmation. Any price/s quoted is in Australian Dollars and includes GST unless otherwise stated. The quotation is based solely on the information provided by the customer and is subject to change if there are any changes in the specifications or requirements.


To accept a quotation for  Payment for products and services must be made in full before the installation date. We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and EFT. All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars and any fees incurred in processing your payment by a financial institution will be incurred as a surcharge to your payment.


If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made after the manufacturing process has commenced, the 


Installation will be carried out on a mutually agreed date and time. Our installation team will make every effort to complete the installation on the agreed date but cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or supplier delays.


All products and services provided by Southern Cross Blinds come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Southern Cross Blinds shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the products or services provided. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
